Glen is Earthnet’s field supervisor and construction coordinator. With 25 years experience in the construction industry his background includes certifications as Journeyman sheetmetal mechanic, Journeyman plumber and Journeyman Class 2 gasfitter.

Glen holds certification in IGSHPA as a designer and installer of groundsource heat pumps systems as well as holding an Alberta certification for fusion welding.

Roger Lebeuf

Roger is a master plumber with 22 years experience in the construction industry. As well as being a journeyman plumber he is also a certified Class 1 gas fitter. He has had specialized training in hydronic heating and cooling systems design and installation. He has owned and operated his own plumbing and heating contracting firm since 1996. Roger personnaly supervises every Earthnet installation for quality assurance.

Roger holds certification in IGSHPA as a designer and installer of groundsource heat pump systems.

Hamish Moir, P.Eng.

Hamish has 18 years experience in the consulting engineering field specializing in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) design, construction administration and energy retrofit design. In addition, Hamish has acted as sessional instructor of HVAC at the Algonquin College, Ottawa and currently acts as an instructor for the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) in the design, construction and operation of buildings.

Hamish has a strong background in on-site construction administration and engineering for projects of all sizes including a major project for the Solicitor General of Canada, Ottawa, in excess of $125 million with a construction period of over five years. He has owned and managed a successful engineering firm since 1995.

Doug Nelson, P.Geol.

Doug has 22 years in geology and construction experience. He has owned and operated geological exploration and construction companies and developed industrial and residential projects.

Doug holds certification in IGSHPA as a designer and installer of groudsource heat pumps systems.
